Transparency

The concept of social media is not familiar to most of Classic Arab NGOs. Most of them think that being transparent means losing their privacy. To build the trust of other NGOs & individuals, these

NGOs should be open to share:
- Objectives
- Activities
- Budget & Financial Statements
- Elections
- Political Affiliations
- Services
- Reports (Quarterly, Yearly)
- Staff background
- Beneficiaries

Things to keep private:
- Personal information about staff
- Internal meetings details
- Internal memos
- Staff Assessments

Three Things about: Mona Messlmany

Hello, I’d like to welcome you all; here are few things about me:

I'm very excited to be a trainer, although my previous experience in public relations & administration would be of great help to me; actually, this is my first experience in training. In addition to that, I am curious to know more about social media world. I wish I would succeed in this task to help others to know new things about the world of technology.

On the personal level, I have a very nice family decorated with two flowers, my daughter Rein & my son Karim.
I am looking forward to see you all in Lebanon and to meet my new colleagues.
